Polite professional prompt…Proper Job! There are a couple of window cleaning companies that operate in my neighbourhood…guys walking around with rags & buckets …but whenever I asked them to add my house to their list they never pitched. So I went online and found Smith & Son…
And I haven’t looked back! A) They’re reliable! Luke appears every month without fail and without having to be repeatedly rebooked. B) They do a proper job! They’ve got proper industrial window cleaning equipment. They don’t just use a dirty bucket, dirty rag and dodgy ladders! They use an extendable pole that feeds the water (they provide special clean water) to the window and then brushes, rinses and wipes it clean. So no dirty water or rags & no ladders. C) They can also clean out your gutters for a very reasonable price using proper equipment that won’t damage your property. D) They are very polite and a pleasure to deal with! So if you want a polite professional window cleaner who does a proper job with proper equipment & insurances then Luke Smith is your man!

They all look great, and we really appreciate that you remembered to do it before we returned, and that you did such a great job—thanks so much!!
