What’s New at Smith Cleaning?

Winter is fast approaching us all here in St Ives, Cornwall, and we cannot believe where this year has gone! We definitely did not expect ourselves to be in the middle of a lockdown, nevermind a second one. We hope you are all keeping safe and well.

Whilst we are continuing to provide an external window cleaning service, such as gutter clearing and washing, soft washing, roof cleaning and of course window cleaning; we are looking forward to when we can see you all properly again.

In the meantime we want you all to know we are adhering closely to Covid regulations, and our team members are supplied with PPE when needed, plus sanitizing between each job. If possible, please may we ask you to stay indoors as much as possible whilst we visit. We are grateful our community is pulling together and staying safe throughout these unprecedented times.

Now onto something more fun…

You may have noticed our brand spanking new logo. It’s a bit swish isn’t it?

We have been working alongside Tidal Marketing, a local design company, to update our look. What better way to celebrate over a decade of professional cleaning?

Our website has also had quite an overhaul, and is now functioning securely, faster, optimised for any device and a lot easier to navigate. Keep your eyes peeled for some exciting new videos and pictures coming soon … think fabulous views of the cornish seaside, plus a drone and you will be along the right track!

Our new look hasn’t just been implemented virtually either. We are awaiting the arrival of a new main van, with a better designed interior to keep ourselves organised. In the meantime our current van has been stripped of our old graphics and is now sporting a small logo sign – it’s still us – just revamped! Our sister vans also carry the same logo sign.

The changes don’t stop there! Our team members are all kitted out in new embroidered uniforms, with outerwear jackets coming soon.

Coming Soon!

Finally, we would like again to thank all our customers for your continued support. It’s humbling to see how much can be accomplished when we band together. After the most dismal Easter and start to the season, we were heartened to see the town come back to life. Remember to support local and we shall see St Ives glowing again soon!!

Best wishes,

Luke and Neacy.
